“Eurus Energy Group has completed construction and started commercial operation of three wind farms in the province of Groningen, the Netherlands (Total output 154.8MW).
As a result, Eurus Energy Group now owns 20 wind farms in the Netherlands, with a total generating capacity of 303.3 MW.

The three wind farms are projects developed by Netherlands-based YARD ENERGY, and construction has been progressively underway since 2019. Once fully operational, they will supply electricity consumed by approximately 200,000 ordinary households in the country.

The Dutch government is pursuing various global warming measures by introducing renewable energy and enlarging its capacity as well. These initiatives, which are based on the agreement between public and private sectors, aim at achieving 49% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 compared to 1990 levels. Eurus Energy group is committed to continuing to promote further projects in order to contribute to the Netherlands’ achievement of its goal for domestic global warming measures.”
