La classifica \u00e8 stata stilata da <strong>Great Place to Work Italia<\/strong>, che da sei anni si impegna a segnalare positivamente quelle che sono le aziende pi\u00f9 attrattive per i giovani in base alle qualit\u00e0 dei luoghi di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>La classifica viene stilata in gran parte tenendo conto di quelle che sono le opinioni dei millennials, raccolte attraverso survey e questionari che analizzano i vari ambienti di lavoro e <strong>Teleperformance Italia<\/strong> ha raggiunto lo status di eccellenza in questo ambito. Nello specifico, la classifica tiene conto della relazione di fiducia reciproca con il management aziendale, il rapporto di orgoglio per il proprio lavoro, l\u2019attenzione dell\u2019organizzazione alle esigenze ed al benessere dei dipendenti e l\u2019impegno nel settore sociale a supporto di chi \u00e8 pi\u00f9 in difficolt\u00e0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gianluca Bilancioni<\/strong>, Direttore delle Risorse Umane di <strong>Teleperformance Italia<\/strong> ha commentato cos\u00ec il traguardo raggiunto: <em>\u201cEssere riconosciuti come Millenian-friendly \u00e8 davvero una bella notizia.
